Rabi Lamichhane says his priority is to continue doing his job well
Rabi Lamichhane said he would continue to work as an intermediary to bring to light the plight of the needy.
Journalist Rabi Lamichhane said this at a press meet held in Bharatpur in Chitwan district on Tuesday morning. After which journalist Yuvraj Kandel was released on bail, and Asmita Karki ‘Ruku’ was released on a normal date.
When asked about his intention to join politics, Lamichhane indicated that time could take him into politics. But it was not something he would soon adopt, he had his own field. I had to do more. He said that the door of politics is not closed to him, only for now.
He expressed his intention to work more responsibly to try and address the issues of the general public by alerting the parties involved in the irregularities. Their first priority will be to make those in power responsible and accountable through their work.

Similarly, Lamichhane said that he would respect the court’s decision. And requested media persons not to ask him any questions related to the case. He said, “I will proceed with respect to the judgment of the court.”
Rabi Lamichhane said his 11-day stay taught him a new experience that made him private for on-going inside the prison.
District Court, Chitwan is also known as television presenter Rabi Lamichhane, journalist Yuvraj Kandel, and Asmita Karki of Ruku. After recording the statements of the three, a bench of District Judge Hemant Rawal ruled to bail on bail and release Kandel and Karki was released on a normal date until a verdict is reached.
