Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has a secret TikTok account

Instagram launched a new video-editing tool Reels in Brazil this week with features like TikTok. Facebook has used Instagram as an app to challenge Tiktok and Snapchat. The launching of the reels is seen as a response by the social media giant to Tiktok’s growing popularity worldwide. To possibly crack the Tiktok model, Facebook co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg has been spotted on Tikok via a ‘Tiktok secret account‘. The Chinese short video-sharing app has become a tension for the social networking site – from the US to India.

The account is not yet verified, but uses the handle “@finkd”, similar to Zuckerberg’s handle on Twitter, BuzzfeedNews reported on Wednesday. The account has a modest 4,055 followers with no posts. It currently follows 61 celebrities such as Ariana Grande and Selena Gomez, but mostly Tittok superstars such as Loren Gray and Jacob Sartorius. In 2016, Mark Zuckerberg invited music.ly co-founder Alex Zhu to Facebook’s Menlo Park headquarters in California, the report said, but the talks did not take place.
